While we did meet in Brussels, we decided to celebrate our wedding in the Veneto region in Italy, where Sara is from. We love this region and hope you will appreciate it too!

We will celebrate our special day in Villa Spessa, a beautiful 15th Centruy Venetian Villa with a unique combination of elegant and rural environment. Weddings and events proceeds are used to restore this historical landmark and future plans include establishing a renewable energy museum dedicated to the history and evolution of photovoltaics, aiming to educate visitors and raise environmental awareness. Ebbene sì, abbiamo deciso di sposarci e, anche se ci siamo conosicuti a Bruxelles, ci sposeremo in Veneto, la regione italiana originaria di Sara. 

Per questo giorno speciale abbiamo deciso di festeggiare a Villa Spessa, una bellissima Villa Veneta risalente al 1492. Il suo stile architettonico caratteristico e l'atmosfera rurale si sposano con una storia di restauro per un futuro più green, che ci ha colpito fin da subito. Infatti, tra i progetti che la proprietà della villa ha a cuore realizzare al termine dei lavori di restauro, ci sarà anche un museo dell'energia rinnovabile e del fotovoltaico!
